Transcription - "I'm Randy, one of the co-owners at SERVPRO of South and Northwest Grand Rapids. A little brief history on my family. I married a wonderful wife from the northern part of Michigan. We have three children. They include one boy and two girls. We enjoy doing things as a family. We always say that's our happy place to be. Whether it is hunting, fishing, playing sports, or watching our kids play sports, we tend to do things as a core group. That's no different in the business here. The family is an integral part of it. From summer help having kids haul fans and other equipment after a big loss, to cleaning the office or sweeping the shop, it's really a family-oriented business. Not only with the employees and the people that we have here being a family, but our core families and our children are involved as well.
