Transcription - "I was in the insurance business for about 13 years, working with clients with their home and auto insurance. One thing that I've found out is that I love to serve people and their personal needs. When the insurance business had to turn to a restoration company because the client had a fire or a flood in their basement, it was really important for me to be hands-on and make sure that our client was taken good care of. SERVPRO was just a great fit for me. I've been in water restoration now for over 10 years. There's satisfaction in knowing that the people that I've served from an insurance standpoint are now being taken care of from a restoration standpoint. It's kind of the beginning to the end.
